Session 1-4: Build Intuition
12 sessions are holistically planned to give you the right system, support, and accountability. Start with building intuition, and to recognize signals within your body. Work with Denise to let go of yo-yo-ing, negative self-talk, and deprivation. In the first few sessions, start collaborating with Denise. Set foundations for your health success. Session 5-6: Replace Self Sabotage with Nourishing Habits

Replace self-destructing behavior with nourishing habits. Together, brainstorm healthy lifestyle choices to get closer to your end goal.
Session 7-10: Learn Techniques for Managing Stress to Step into Personal Power
Find ways to manage and reduce stress with Health Coach Denise Blake. In turn, benefit from improved digestion and a healthier lifestyle. As always, “your story creates your biology”.
Session 11-12: It’s time to dream bigger!
Throughout the 90 Day Health Coaching Program, participants create a new realization of being. Usually, goals have already been crushed, and other ones are on the horizon. In these sessions, we dream bigger and see what they want to accomplish in this lifetime. The sky is the limit!
