What is a Health Coach?

A health coach is someone who cultivates health and aliveness in others, helping them make needed change in their lives and step into the boldest version of themselves. A health coach is a trained professional who is passionate about healthy living in every area of life, and wants to help others make that commitment to healthy living, too. A health coach uses natural remedies to accomplish your goals.

My role as a health coach is to help my clients master healthy habits that serve them for life and to address any underlying issues that may be preventing them from following through with their goals.

What is a Life Coach?

A Life Coach is a trained professional who works with clients across 3 domains of well-being: PHYSICAL WELL-BEING, EMOTIONAL WELL-BEING AND COGNITIVE WELL-BEING. A life coach helps clients step into the the boldest, most empowered and alive version of themselves.

Life Coaching is a profession wherein a client works closely with a coach over a period of time to achieve a desired outcome (or multiple outcomes). The Life Coaching field has been around for awhile now, but it’s grown in popularity in recent years, among individuals and businesses alike, as an effective tool for helping people make desired change, achieve more balance, find fulfillment, increase satisfaction in their lives, and set and meet desired goals.

Instead of treating symptoms, as a Health and Life Coach, I focus on disease prevention, total body health, and getting to the root cause of illness. I help people improve their health and happiness, change their habits, and empower themselves to be advocates for their own well-being.
